Mobile Treatment Services
Services in the home, in the community, in homeless shelters or other agencies, or wherever there is a need.
Mobile Treatment Services (MTS) is an intensive integrated blend of outpatient and psychiatric rehabilitation services. It provides assertive outreach, treatment and support to adults with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and children with Severe Emotional Disturbances (SED) who resist more traditional forms of outpatient treatment.
QCI's teams of experienced psychiatrists, social workers, licensed professional counselors, registered nurses, case managers, and caring community support specialists guide patients to a more self-sufficient and healthy lifestyle. We provide help for adults living with mental illness that includes ongoing psychiatric care and medication management and individual, family and group therapies. All services are personally planned for and with each patient to promote and guide each one to wellness, assist with the location and maintenance of stable housing, insurance, social security and entitlements, financial independence, reconnecting with friends and family, and giving referrals, location, and connection with other community resources that will promote recovery.
