Front Desk Administrator - Largo, Maryland Office
Essential Functions:
Front desk duties including greeting patients, obtaining patient signatures, and assisting new patients with orientation paperwork
Collect patient copays, verify eligibility
Answering telephone calls and emails
Manage the patient appointments to ensure that all are scheduled and rescheduled
Confirming appointments
Entering pertinent patient information into the electronic medical records
Work collaboratively with Office Manager enhancing knowledge and skills and improving the delivery of quality service
Processing new patients and referrals upon request
Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the healthcare field
Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to multitask
Willingness to learn
A team player, willing to go above and beyond for patient experience and team support
Position details:
Full-time position
Pay $46,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year

Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Therapist
- Largo, Maryland Office
Mobile Mental Health Therapist - MD-licensed LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC
Requirements:
Maryland-licensed LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC
Fluent in English and Spanish
Behavioral health counseling and therapy experience
Experience providing services in the field (preferred)
Family or child/adolescent therapy experience a plus (not required)
Ability to work independently and with a team
Additional Information:
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Contractor, fee-for-service compensation
Prorated with part-time schedules- compensation commensurate with experience

Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Community Support Specialist - Largo, Maryland Office
Essential Functions:
Provision of in-person community support services to individuals with serious mental health disorders.
Provide linkages to services that include but are not limited to mental health services, housing, entitlements (including insurance), etc.
Ensure access to care clients.
Complete initial and ongoing assessments as needed.
Identify and provide supportive services to clients.
Maintain up to date documentation within company EMR.
Provide transportation to clients, as needed, to meet client needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, rehabilitation, or other human services field required.
Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish
Experience working in a behavioral health setting providing services to clients with emotional and behavior disabilities.
Knowledge of community health resources that meet the needs of program participants, including access to resources for housing, employment, entitlements, and social support systems.
Experience working in the community and/or at client homes.
Pass background and MVA checks.
Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
