Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Community Support Specialist - Largo, Maryland Office
Essential Functions:
Provision of in-person community support services to individuals with serious mental health disorders.
Provide linkages to services that include but are not limited to mental health services, housing, entitlements (including insurance), etc.
Ensure access to care clients.
Complete initial and ongoing assessments as needed.
Identify and provide supportive services to clients.
Maintain up to date documentation within company EMR.
Provide transportation to clients, as needed, to meet client needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, rehabilitation, or other human services field required.
Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish
Experience working in a behavioral health setting providing services to clients with emotional and behavior disabilities.
Knowledge of community health resources that meet the needs of program participants, including access to resources for housing, employment, entitlements, and social support systems.
Experience working in the community and/or at client homes.
Pass background and MVA checks.
Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.

Mobile Mental Health Therapist - MD-licensed LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC
Requirements:
Maryland-licensed LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC
Behavioral health counseling and therapy experience
Experience providing services in the field (preferred)
Family or child/adolescent therapy experience a plus (not required)
Ability to work independently and with a team
Additional Information:
$7,500 Special Compensation Bonus to be split monthly over a year after initial 90 days (when working 32 hours or more per week)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75,000-$100,000 full-time annually
Prorated with part-time schedules- compensation commensurate with experience
Fee-for-service or employee compensation (Potential for hybrid hourly/fee-for-service compensation for an ideal candidate.)
