OUR SERVICES

QCI Behavioral Health has taken leadership in the direction of flexible, cost-effective community-based service models that help individuals with mental disorders lead productive lives in the community.

Our QCI task is to respond creatively to the growing impact of managed care on community-based human services. Many human services programs, encumbered by top-down multi-layered management, are having difficulty responding to the complex demands of quality, service  and cost reductions.

Our QCI answer is to provide a consumer protocol-based (rather than management-driven) network of clinical, rehabilitation and medical professionals who are committed to:

  • Consumer responsiveness and satisfaction
  • High quality services at reasonable costs
  • High accountability and low bureaucracy
  • Comprehensive flexible service delivery and responsible self-direction with an integrated one-stop-shopping approach

MOBILE TREATMENT SERVICES

QCI Mobile Treatment is an intensive integrated blend of outpatient and psychiatric services. We provide assertive outreach, treatment and support to adults with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and children with Severe Emotional Disturbances (SED) who resist more traditional forms of outpatient treatment. Our QCI service providers are mobile and care is given in the individual's environment (i.e., home, street, shelters for the homeless, etc.)

OUTPATIENT SERVICES

Our Outpatient Mental Health Services are available for adults, children, adolescents and their families as a “step-down” from the intensity of Mobile Treatment. In order to clinically stabilize an adult, child or adolescent's psychiatric condition, promote family preservation, and/or to enhance functioning and “quality of life”. Our services may be delivered over an extended period of time. Services provided include psychiatric evaluation and medication management, clinical assessment,  counseling, support to obtain housing, daily living skills training and case management. The frequency and intensity of services provided are determined by an individual's treatment plan prepared by the patient and our care givers. The overarching goal is to promote successful community integration.
