Community Support Specialist - White Plains Office
  • Position Details:
    • Full-time or part-time
    • Pay rate depends on education and experience

  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology or a human services field or significant experience in case management
    • Must be compassionate, well-spoken, and show knowledge, understanding and empathy for patient's case management needs. 
    • Must be able to work independently and as an effective member of a team of providers and to ensure patients' basic needs, procuring entitlements, medication management, housing, processing SOAR, and other tasks.

Administrator - White Plains Office
  • Position details:
    • Front desk duties including greeting patients, obtaining patient signatures, and assisting new patients with orientation paperwork
    • Collect patient copays, verify eligibility
    • Answering telephone calls and emails
    • Manage the patient appointments to ensure that all are scheduled and rescheduled
    • Confirming appointments
    • Entering pertinent patient information into the electronic medical records
    • Processing new patients and referrals
  • Requirements:
    • Associate or Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the healthcare field
    • Experience processing new patients and referrals
    • Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Detail-oriented
    • Ability to multitask
    • Willingness to learn
    • A team player, willing to go above and beyond for patient experience and team support

Administrative Intern - Largo Office
  • Internship details:
    • Contribute to QCI operations and processes while obtaining first-hand experiences that align with the mission, vision and values of the organization.
    • Work collaboratively with office leadership, enhancing knowledge and skills and improving the delivery of quality service.
    • Assist in the completion of administrative duties.
    • Participate in trainings, learning about various processes and functions within the organization, about behavioral health, and the healthcare field in general.

QCI seeks Maryland-licensed LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW or LGPC to join our multi-disciplinary practice.
  • Position details:
    • Mobile and/or Outpatient Services*
    • Full-time or part-time
    • Fee-for-service contractor position (includes some compensation for missed appointments/no shows)
    • Based out of QCI's Largo and/or White Plains offices
    • Outpatient telehealth during the COVID-19 emergency
    • Pay rate depends on education and experience

  • Requirements:
    • Maryland-licensed LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW or LGPC
    • Therapy or counseling experience a must
    • Case management experience a plus
    • Experience providing services in the field a plus
    • Ability to work independently and as a team
