Mobile Treatment: Community Based Support Services
Along with ongoing counseling and psychiatric services, our staff of experienced case managers, registered nurses, and caring community support specialists guide clients to a more self-sufficient and healthy lifestyle. We provide help for adults living with mental illness that includes furthering education, finding and securing employment, managing medication and providing ongoing case management services that can assist with the location and maintenance of stable housing, insurance, financial independence, entitlements, and the location and connection with other community resources that will promote the wellness and recovery of our valued clients.
